Thought I'd let you know that I have owned "Barney", for 3 years. By Foothills Waterman out of Woodchuck's Molly Malone. He is a delight, lovely flatwork, quiet, sensible, loves to hack out. I don't jump any longer, but I let the pony clubbers get on him once in a while so he can have some fun over fences. He's a great horse and looks just like his Daddy Bucky.(2013)
I have the pleasure of owning Jireh's Justice "Barney". I bought him 3 years ago from a barn on Long Island, NY. We're doing 1st level dressage and he'll jump anything.
BARNEY, as he is known around the barn , is a fine example of the Connemara breed. By Foothills Waterman, out of Woodchuck Ridge's Molly, he is conformationally very correct with good movement and jump. A substantial little horse with good looks, an adorable temperament and ability, Barney loves to hack out , has lovely flatwork (his training has included several months with a professional dressage trainer) and is currently working on his jump training, schooling 3'6, stadium and x-country.
