I was Born a Coal Miner's Daughter... Not really, but close! I was born in West Virginia and my father was a Mining Engineer; several member of my mother's family worked in the cole mines for many year, and a few still do. We moved from WV to TN when I was 5. I was raised in East Tennessee with my Mother, Father and Brother, 3 yrs my senior.
I am a Christian, a Wife and a Mother. I am currently employeed full-time as a Quality Professional with an international food manufacturing corporation.
Along with my family, I own and operate Foothills Farms and Piedmont Connemaras. I have served for several years on the board of Governors of the American Connemara Pony Society and am very active with the regional branch of the society. In my spare time, I compete my Connemaras in dressage, eventing and showing in-hand.
